Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of CE PRO, a civil engineering toolkit provided by Thanlar.

1. CE PRO is a professional aid, not engineering advice

CE PRO provides calculators, records, reference material, and AI-assisted responses to support engineering work. You are responsible for checking inputs, calculations, site conditions, drawings, specifications, and the locally applicable laws and engineering codes. Do not rely on CE PRO as a substitute for the judgment, review, or approval of a qualified professional.

2. Your use of the app

You may use CE PRO for lawful professional or personal engineering work. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, or use the AI Assistant to submit unlawful, confidential, or personal information that you are not authorised to share.

3. Optional accounts

Core tools can be used as a guest. If you create an account through Google or Apple, you are responsible for safeguarding access to that provider account. CE PRO uses Firebase Authentication to manage optional accounts. Our handling of account and app data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your CE PRO account in the app at Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and CE PRO account data stored on the device, including local profile data, saved projects, favourites, and AI chat history. This action cannot be undone.

5. AI Assistant

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review all outputs independently before using them in a design, calculation, estimate, construction decision, report, or other professional work. Do not submit personal, confidential, or restricted information in prompts or images.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. We may update these Terms as CE PRO evolves; the effective date above will identify the current version.
